1. Early, experimental software

Roller Coaster Maker on this site is an experimental early build. Features may change or be removed, and saved or shared coasters may be lost when the game is updated. The Services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the coasters you create. When you share a coaster or choose a display name, you allow us to store it and show it to other players inside our games and on our site, for as long as it is shared.

3. Fair play

Please do not use offensive display names, harass other players, attack or overload our servers, or try to access data that is not yours. We may remove content or block access to the online features to protect the game and its players.

4. Our content

The games, artwork, code and text on this site belong to DickinsonBros LLC or its licensors. You may play the games and share links to them, but not copy, resell or redistribute them.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, DickinsonBros LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including lost saves.
